The functions of the Supervisory Board include among other things to confirm the Funds budget and closing of accounts, appoint the Board and make a proposition to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health concerning the amount of unemployment insurance contributions.
The Council of State appoints the members of the Funds Supervisory Board, following the proposals by the social partners.
